Reflecting on the workshop, Melanie shared:

“I loved working with the energised and engaged IT Manco team. Their positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to be experimental and creative is commendable. Despite the intensive day, their openness, vulnerability and readiness to show up were key in achieving so much. I’m impressed with their progress. This team is well on their way to delivering on their strategic goals. Well done.”
