Whole Brain® thinking and its role in leadership success

Many individuals, as a result of their expertise, find themselves promoted to senior roles where they now have to lead others, without the skills and capability to lead, listen to, develop and motivate their teams.  In our experience, leaders and leadership teams often have a clear vision in place (D Quadrant) with strong business acumen and clear financial targets and measures (A Quadrant).

The issue, frequently, is leaning into the structured B Quadrant (systems, processes and execution) and the Relational C Quadrant (mobilising and motivating their teams).

This results in the very real question they ask us - “So, how DO I elevate the performance of my team to deliver on our vision and strategy?”
