Welcome to the team, Jenicia

Jenicia Mandilou joins CreateConsulting as our new Project & Team Assistant. A Psychology and Human Resource Management graduate, she brings warmth, organisation and a supportive energy that helps create space for others to do their best work.

Jenicia shares,
“I’m curious about people and what helps them to grow. I value connection, adaptability and bringing clarity when things feel busy or complex. For me, every challenge is an opportunity to learn, contribute and uplift those around me.”

When she’s not supporting our team, Jenicia enjoys time with her family, playing guitar and being part of her church community, a place that reminds her that we can’t do this thing called ‘life’ alone. Welcome aboard, Jenicia.
