Keys to crafting a robust Whole Brain® strategy
It's that time of year where we, as leaders, are asked to don our thinking caps and shape a strategy that will reap results.
To be competitive in today’s BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear and Incomprehensible) environment, the pressure is on to create and execute a sound, innovative strategy that will be supported by our people.
The success of any good strategy depends on the quality of the thinking that shapes it. To do our best thinking, we need the best thinking of those around us. This begs the question, how well do we know the thinking preferences of our team members?
In this edition of CreateSpace, we explore:
How to craft a Whole Brain® strategy
A simple brain hack to unlock strategic thinking
How we helped the SABMR team to align and save lives.
