Standard Bank's IT Service Management Conference: A journey of collaboration and purpose

Reuniting for the first time since the pandemic, @Standard Bank's Group IT Service Management Community of Practice recently held an impactful 5-day conference. 138 delegates from 17 African countries were invited to participate and collaborate in: 

  • Cultivating an aligned community

  • Enabling consistency through shared standards, and 

  • Fostering shared learning and feedback. 

Our role was to design and facilitate a dynamic and engaging large group process, that would leave a lasting impression on communication, collaboration and teamwork.

Creating Collaborative Digital Spaces

The Alliance of Bioversity International and the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) delivers research-based solutions that harness agricultural biodiversity and sustainably transform food systems to improve people’s lives. The Alliance forms part of CGIAR, a global research partnership for a food-secure future.

This Science Week aimed to capture the ambition of the Alliance to be constantly growing and exploring innovative new pockets of science with the potential to make a difference. The focus was on science at the edge and how to push boundaries at the science-development interface.

CreateConsulting were invited in the capacity of Mural experts, to develop a digital collaboration space. - an asynchronous mirror of the Science Week - in advance of the meeting, to enable non-participants to provide inputs to the in-person discussions.
